NOTE: Rose highlight indicates a "Strike-through" of wording in the Bengal Breed standard to be removed. Gold highlight indicates an "underline" which is new wording being proposed to add in to the Bengal Standard.
1. ONLY If Proposal #42 passes (acceptance of the Charcoal Pattern Effect under the "PATTERN" heading), We can choose to remove this title section and its description. A Charcoal pattern together with "BLACK SILVER TABBY" would already be described under those headings so this one would no longer be needed.

Rationale:
A. Not needed if we move charcoals from the color portion of the standard, move into the pattern section of the standard and ensure that the color variations described in all of our colors also include language to cover the dark effect that the Charcoal aspect adds to the cat.
